No Returns Accepted

Due to the research nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. We do not accept returns under any circumstances once the product has been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Missing Parcels: If your order is confirmed as lost or missing by the shipping carrier, we will process a refund or replacement.

• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, a refund can only be issued if the cancellation request is made before the item has been shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect item. Please include photos of the product and packaging when contacting us to expedite the process.

• Fraudulent Claims: We reserve the right to refuse replacements or refunds if we believe a customer is acting fraudulently regarding damaged or incorrect product claims. All claims will be thoroughly reviewed, and we may request additional information or documentation to process the claim.
