Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

• If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard (UK):

• • Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days.

  • Shipping cost: £4.99 (or free for orders over £50).

Express (UK):

• • Estimated delivery: 1 business day.
  • Shipping cost: £9.99 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping where legally permitted. However, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the importation of our products is legal in their country or region.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm and agree that:

• • You are responsible for checking your local laws, customs regulations, and import restrictions before ordering.

  • You acknowledge that all products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption.

  • You accept all responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, and compliance with your local authorities.

Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically between 5-10 business days.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

Please note: Due to customs processing, international orders may experience occasional delays beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipments seized or delayed by Import Customs and will endeavour to avoid shipping to countries where we expect this to be an issue. 

International Order Refund Policy

• If an international order does not arrive, we will refund 50% of the order value or (if requested) we will send the order a second time but in the case of any further issues, we do not try again and we will not refund. 

• Once an order leaves our facility, the risk of import lies entirely with the buyer.

Shipping Restrictions

• Age Verification: To comply with regulations, all orders are subject to age verification. We only ship to customers over the legal age (18 or 21, depending on your location). You may be asked to provide proof of age.

• Restricted Areas: We are unable to ship to certain locations due to legal restrictions on research peptides. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will contact you directly.

• Packaging: All orders are packaged securely to ensure that the product reaches you in good condition. We use discreet packaging to maintain the privacy of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@vitalitypeptides.co.uk

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping notification. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement if necessary.

• Please note: If the item was delivered to an incorrect address or lost after being marked as delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Vitality Peptides is not responsible for shipping delays due to postal disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
